Anduril Industries is looking for a Radio Frequency Test & Integration Engineer to join our Electronic Warfare team. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining electrical system test strategies and plans, characterizing wireless communication systems, and performing deep analysis on failures observed in testing.

What You'll Do

Create and maintain electrical system test strategy and test plans for various Anduril Electronic Warfare and Radio Frequency products.
Characterize wireless communication systems and devices.
Analyze and drive coverage and analysis of failures observed in integration, characterization, and system level testing.
Perform integration testing of subassemblies and systems including RF and digital hardware, firmware, embedded software, and application software.
Facilitate electrical system performance, calibration, durability, and environmental testing of developmental components and systems per test plan.
Develop and maintain test standards, design and develop test equipment, or procure and handle purchased test capital equipment to support test readiness.
Support and perform field testing and act as a liaison to conduct ground and flight testing.
Leverage data analysis and existing tools to reproduce and characterize failures.
Automate tests to enhance test coverage and ensure reproducibility and repeatability.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of relevant industry experience with emphasis on hardware, software, and/or system validation and verification testing.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Skilled with test equipment like multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and vector network analyzers.
Familiar with Linux applications like command line interface, creating and executing shell scripts, debug utilities, and general file system navigation.
Familiar with programming languages like Python or Matlab to perform data parsing, data analysis, and test automation.
Strong root cause analysis skills.
Ability to travel to and work at remote sites supporting test integration, commissioning, and training as required.
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.
Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Familiar with wireless communication protocols and test methods.
