Rackspace is hiring a Senior BI Engineer to join the Public Cloud - Offerings and Delivery – Cloud Data Services team. In this role, you will build and manage business intelligence systems that support our cloud data services.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable business intelligence solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver insights
- Build and optimize data pipelines, reports, and dashboards
- Ensure data quality, security, and governance standards are met
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team best practices
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a BI Engineer, Data Engineer, or similar role
- Strong expertise in SQL, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes
- Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Proficiency in BI visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position. Candidates can be based in Gurgaon, India or work remotely from anywhere in India.
