Handshake is hiring a Qucs-S Specialist to support AI research. In this flexible, hourly contract role for independent contractors, you will apply your RF and microwave engineering knowledge to evaluate AI-generated content and provide feedback that improves AI understanding of simulation workflows.
What You'll Do
- Use Qucs-S to create tool-related questions and review AI-generated responses for accuracy and relevance.
- Evaluate AI content against real-world RF and microwave circuit design and simulation workflows.
- Provide detailed feedback that helps train AI models on engineering tasks.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Qucs-S, whether through professional work or freelance projects.
- A working knowledge of RF and microwave circuit design concepts and simulation workflows.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and follow written guidelines.
- Must be currently residing in the United States.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with tools or languages such as Python, C, or MATLAB.
