Indra Group is hiring a Senior Electronic Engineer to lead hardware, firmware, and embedded systems development for strategic Defense and Security projects. You'll design complete solutions that integrate HW, FW, and SW using cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative and innovative environment.
What You'll Do
- Design PCBs and develop digital hardware, including schematic capture and high-speed routing.
- Program FPGAs using VHDL and microcontrollers using C.
- Develop firmware for embedded systems.
- Validate equipment in the laboratory using instrumentation like oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators.
- Work with advanced technologies including SoCs, FPGAs, processors, and tools like Xilinx Vivado.
- Implement and debug communication buses such as UART, SPI, I2C, PCIe, Ethernet, USB, and Aurora.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate hardware, firmware, and software into final products.
- Document and optimize development and validation processes.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or a similar field.
- More than 5 years of experience in comprehensive electronic design covering hardware, firmware, and software.
- Hands-on laboratory experience with electronic instrumentation.
- Solid knowledge in digital and analog circuit design.
- Solid knowledge in VHDL and C programming for embedded systems.
- Solid knowledge in development with SoCs, FPGAs, and processors.
- Solid knowledge in communication protocols like UART, SPI, I2C, PCIe, Ethernet, USB, and Aurora.
- Solid knowledge in tools like Xilinx Vivado.
- An intermediate level of English.
- Proactivity, technological curiosity, and a desire to experiment.
