Sleek is seeking a Quality Auditor to safeguard the quality and integrity of our client deliverables, operational processes, and internal data. You will play a key role in developing our quality framework, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced, global environment.
What You'll Do
- Conduct quality audits on accounting deliverables, including UFS, MA, and bookkeeping, for accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Identify, document, and track discrepancies, providing clear feedback and ensuring issue resolution.
- Develop and implement quality control audit plans and define testing parameters for client services.
- Evaluate service stages and test outcomes for appearance, accuracy, and format.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all processes and procedures.
- Train employees on established quality standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand processes and identify pain points.
- Ensure services comply with all relevant standards and regulations.
- Document issues and create actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed quality audit reports to senior management.
- Keep abreast of changes in IFRS, Singapore FRS, Singapore Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and GST Act.
- Adhere to the highest professional standards and maintain strict client confidentiality.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an auditor.
