CONROO GmbH is looking for a Quality Assurance Working Student (m/w/d) who is eager to grow, learn, and make a direct impact on our software quality. You will take ownership of testing activities and contribute to problem-solving and quality improvement in a dynamic start-up environment.

What You'll Do

Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure high quality of our software solutions.
Perform both manual and automated testing.
Support the development team in troubleshooting and debugging issues.
Share test results, issues, and status with the team in a clear and timely manner.

What We're Looking For

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology, software engineering, logistics, or a related field, with above-average academic results.
Experience in software development.
Experience with tools and methodologies in software quality assurance.
Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English.
Exceptional time management, prioritisation, and multitasking abilities.
A fast learner with excellent analytical capabilities and a structured approach to work.

Nice to Have

Initial professional experience through internships or student positions in startups, consulting firms, or other fast-paced environments.
Proficient in German (C1 level or native fluency); additional languages are a plus.
