As part of Continental's ContiTech division, you will join a Pflichtpraktikum (mandatory internship) within the Test Strategy Standards & Compliance department. You will gain hands-on insights into test planning, method standardization, and IT tool operations, supporting the team's daily work and specific projects.
What You'll Do
- Support daily business operations across the three team areas: Central Steering, Test Methods & Standards, and IT Operations.
- Assist in selecting and setting up a planning tool for test planning.
- Support big data analysis of historical tests in the area of test planning.
- Contribute to aligning test methods with testing machines in the Test Methods area.
- Support software implementation, create training materials, and assist with communication in the IT Operations area.
- Potentially work on topics for a final thesis (Abschlussarbeit) by individual arrangement.
What We're Looking For
- Enrollment in a scientific or technical field of study such as mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, automotive engineering, production planning, or similar.
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in German and very good English language skills (spoken and written).
- Ability to provide a current certificate of enrollment (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung), current transcript (Notenspiegel), and university confirmation regarding the mandatory internship requirement.
- For non-EU applicants: a valid residence permit and work permit including supplementary sheet.
