Careers is hiring a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead quality assurance activities, ensuring our products and services consistently meet established standards. You will be responsible for planning audits, driving process improvements, training your team, and coordinating our overall Quality Management System.
What You'll Do
- Ensure product and service quality meets defined standards and specifications.
- Plan and conduct quality audits and inspections to identify deviations.
- Continuously improve quality control processes, procedures, and practices.
- Provide training and development to enhance your team's skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality systems.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and non-conformities promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of quality activities, reports, and corrective actions.
- Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate the overall Quality Management System, including audits and certifications such as food safety, halal, RSPO, and pest control.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Biology, Mechanical, Industrial), Pharmacy, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of quality assurance experience.
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards (e.g., GFSI, ISO 9001, GMP, Halal, Pest Control).
- Excellent verbal, technical writing, and presentation skills with proficiency in English.
- Technical proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.

- Strong negotiation and prioritization skills.
- A proven track record in Quality Management System implementation.
