PeopleGrove is looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our Engineering department. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our platform through systematic testing.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Perform manual and automated testing of new features and regression testing
- Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and acceptance criteria
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a QA Analyst, QA Engineer, or similar role
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience writing clear, comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
