division50 is hiring a Quality Assurance and Improvement Specialist to define and implement our organization's quality strategy and objectives aligned with business goals. You will be responsible for developing, documenting, and monitoring our Quality Management System (QMS) while driving process improvement initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Define and implement the organization's quality strategy and align quality objectives with business goals.
- Lead ISO or other certification initiatives.
- Develop, document, and monitor QMS processes.
- Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 9001 or sector-specific requirements.
- Conduct internal and external audits.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Use Lean / Six Sigma / Kaizen methodologies to drive improvement.
- Monitor customer feedback and complaints.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement improvements.
- Maintain high levels of product/service reliability.
- Evaluate and audit suppliers.
- Ensure incoming materials or services meet quality standards.
- Train staff on quality standards, tools, and processes.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality ownership.
- Define and track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Report quality metrics to senior management.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Management, Process Improvement, or Operational Excellence.
- Proven track record in establishing or upgrading QMS and leading ISO or equivalent certification.
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-department quality initiatives and driving measurable improvement.
- Experience in supplier quality management and customer satisfaction improvement programs.
- Prior leadership or cross-functional management experience essential.
