CPSI is hiring a Quality Analyst to play a key role in maintaining and elevating the quality standards of our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations. You will be responsible for reviewing production, identifying trends, and mentoring team members to improve performance. This role also requires the flexibility to temporarily fill an AR Analyst position when needed.
What You'll Do
- Review team production for errors and inaccuracies.
- Document and publish quality scores.
- Mentor and counsel team members to improve their quality performance.
- Create reference guides and cheat sheets to assist teams.
- Temporarily move into the AR Analyst role as business needs require.
- Identify and report common trends in production, denials, and global issues.
- Maintain production and quality standards declared by the organization.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM, specifically in posting transactions and AR Follow-up.
- Thorough understanding of the Provider claim life cycle.
- Thorough knowledge of major insurance payers and common denials.
- Knowledge of standard practices in RCM.
- Understanding of common acronyms and nomenclature in US Healthcare.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong grammar.
- Fair knowledge of common CPT codes, transaction codes, and reason codes.
