Qonto is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and drive the strategy for our Risk & Compliance product vertical. You will build and manage products that ensure regulatory adherence and mitigate financial risk for our customers and our company. This hybrid role is based in Berlin, Paris, Barcelona, or Milan.
What You'll Do
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Risk & Compliance domain.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Compliance teams to build effective products.
- Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable product specifications.
- Analyze data and user feedback to measure product impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders across the company.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within fintech, banking, or a regulated industry.
- Proven experience building and shipping products in Risk, Compliance, Fraud, or AML domains.
- Strong ability to analyze data, define metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Fluent in English, with professional proficiency in German being a significant asset.
