W4 Marketing Meets IT is looking for a QA Tester to ensure our digital marketing and IT products meet high quality standards before they reach clients. In this role, you will be a critical bridge between technical development and marketing execution, working within a dynamic, international environment.

What You'll Do

Write and execute automated tests
Perform API testing for REST and GraphQL endpoints
Conduct database testing
Develop test plans, strategy, and scenarios
Maintain and optimize test suites within CI/CD pipelines
Execute performance testing, including load testing and frontend performance analysis
Perform accessibility and basic security testing
Document test cases, results, and reports
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders
Continuously learn and stay updated with testing practices

What We're Looking For

Analytical thinking to systematically investigate issues
Strong attention to detail to detect user experience discrepancies
Technical proficiency with web technologies, software testing methods, and QA tools
Documentation skills for creating clear records and communicating findings
Problem-solving skills to proactively seek errors and verify corrections
Collaboration skills to communicate effectively with IT, marketing, and creative departments
Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
Ability to communicate clearly with technical and creative teams
Fluent English written and spoken

Nice to Have

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience with manual and/or automated software testing
Knowledge of marketing technologies such as CRMs and automation platforms
