As a Senior Salesforce QA Automation Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of a large-scale Salesforce ecosystem supporting debt relief solutions. Working remotely from LATAM, you'll lead quality assurance initiatives with a focus on automation, integration, and data integrity across complex workflows.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end testing for Salesforce components including Lightning Web Components, Flows, Apex triggers, and the Lightning interface
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks tailored to Salesforce and backend service layers
- Use SQL and SOQL to analyze and validate data consistency across systems, ensuring accurate processing and reporting
- Support deployment pipelines by integrating automated tests into CI/CD processes using Jenkins, Gearset, and GitHub
- Partner with product and development teams to convert business requirements into detailed test strategies, with attention to e-signature tools and external integrations
What We Need
- At least 5 years of QA experience, including 3+ years focused on Salesforce environments (Apex, LWC, Flows, Lightning UI)
- Proven track record building and managing test automation frameworks
- Strong ability to write and troubleshoot complex SQL and SOQL queries
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Gearset, and GitHub
- Experience testing web services, backend logic, and third-party integrations
- Working knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices
- Fluency in English for documentation and cross-team communication
Nice to Have
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Background in financial services or debt management systems
- Familiarity with the Lightning Design System (SLDS)
- Experience with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation
Work Environment
This is a remote position open to candidates in LATAM. You’ll need consistent time overlap with Central Time for team ceremonies and collaboration.
