At CPSI, we are seeking a detail-oriented QA Process Lead to play a critical role in enhancing the quality and compliance of our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) function. This individual contributor position focuses on managing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing Rejection processes to ensure operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Manage and improve the quality of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing Rejection processes within the RCM function.
- Drive accuracy, compliance, and efficiency through audit execution, trend analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with client KPIs and internal standards.

This is an individual contributor role without direct people management responsibilities.
