Libertex Group is hiring a QA Practice Lead to oversee our entire QA process and ensure the quality of releases across multiple projects. You will build and lead the QA organization, hiring and mentoring talent while driving R&D initiatives to create synergy across engineering teams.
What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee the entire QA process across multiple projects, ensuring release quality.
- Establish, evolve, and enforce QA standards, best practices, guidelines, tooling, and frameworks.
- Supervise and mentor a QA team, offering guidance, training, and support to drive their efficiency.
- Partner with other function leads and stakeholders to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Identify and remove bottlenecks across the testing lifecycle.
- Optimize delivery pipelines to improve release speed, reliability, and quality.
- Initiate and manage R&D projects to assess and adopt new tools, technologies, and methods.
- Experiment with innovative solutions that enhance test effectiveness and product quality.
- Drive automation-first initiatives and continuous process improvement across stacks and platforms.
- Organize knowledge sharing through community practices, workshops, and documentation.
- Promote and track adoption of cross-stack QA patterns, tools, and metrics company-wide.
What We're Looking For
- Skills in Java.
- Minimum 7 years of industry experience in Quality Assurance.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on leadership/management experience in test teams.
- Proven track record leading test teams and testing initiatives.
- Proven experience in QA project management.
- Demonstrated experience in test planning for complex IT systems.
- Knowledge of technical requirements, tools, and processes.
- Experience translating requirements into effective test cases and building/maintaining testing documentation and processes.
- Deep understanding of the modern software delivery lifecycle, AQA frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
- English proficiency at the B1 level or higher.
