Bluelight Consulting is hiring a QA Manual Tester to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring product quality through meticulous manual testing processes.
What You'll Do
- Develop, document, and execute detailed manual test cases and plans
- Report, track, and regress software defects using issue-tracking systems
- Collaborate with development teams to understand features and validate functionality
- Verify bug fixes and perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a manual QA tester in a professional software environment
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and a methodical approach
- Ability to create clear and concise bug reports with steps to reproduce
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles and QA methodologies
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with remote, global teams
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Latin America. You will be part of a globally distributed team.
