2070Health is looking for a QA Engineer to become the guardian of quality for Zenara Health's healthcare software. You will own the entire QA spectrum—manual, automated, AI-assisted, and process-driven—ensuring every release is reliable, performant, and secure. Your work will directly impact clinicians and patients by preventing defects before they reach production.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute manual and automated test plans for web and mobile applications.
Build and maintain automated test suites that scale with the product.
Use AI tools to generate test cases from specifications, auto-generate edge-case scenarios, accelerate script creation, and reduce repetitive manual effort.
Continuously evaluate new AI-powered QA tools and bring recommendations to the team.
Log, track, and verify defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Maintain scripts, test cases, and reports that the whole team can understand and trust.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and security teams to reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
Ensure reliability under normal and peak conditions through performance and regression testing.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, security best practices, and healthcare regulations.
Advocate for quality across teams, drive continuous improvements, and champion AI adoption in the QA workflow.

What We're Looking For

2–4+ years of experience in software QA, covering both manual and automated testing.
Strong understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and defect tracking.
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate testing (e.g., AI-generated test cases, copilot-assisted scripting).
Familiarity with REST APIs and API testing tools such as Postman.
Excellent attention to detail and structured problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

Healthcare IT experience or understanding of HIPAA and compliance requirements.
Cloud familiarity, specifically with Azure.
CI/CD pipeline knowledge and understanding where QA fits in the deployment flow.
Performance and load testing experience with tools like JMeter or k6.
ISTQB or other relevant QA certifications.
Experience evaluating and rolling out new QA tools or processes across a team.
