Stone Tech is looking for a QA Engineer II to ensure organized, efficient, and high-quality release processes for our mobile applications. This role is essential for guaranteeing smooth version deliveries of our products, maintaining constant communication with Engineering, Product, and Quality teams.
What You'll Do
- Monitor the product release cycle, ensuring all operational steps are completed.
- Manage test statuses and bugfixes, focusing on critical mobile bugs in releases.
- Update dashboards, tools, and documentation related to release progress.
- Communicate with responsible journeys, notifying them of pending items.
- Control deadlines, SLA, and the status of blocking bugs and necessary deliveries for release advancement.
- Follow operational release checklists and ensure criteria are met before launch.
- Report risks, pending items, and progress status to all involved teams.
- Monitor store launch, including rollout, stability metrics, and alerts.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in operational activities within a technology area.
- Excellent communication, clarity, and objectivity to engage different teams.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and discipline with processes.
- Ease with tools like Jira, Confluence, spreadsheets, dashboards, and task tracking systems.
- Ability to follow checklists, operational processes, and routines consistently.
- Ability to work collaboratively, dealing with multiple stakeholders.
- Logical reasoning to understand dependencies and sequences in the release cycle.
- Familiarity with quality metrics or release management.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience with Release management.
- Familiarity with tools like Firebase and Crashlytics.
