Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a QA Engineer to ensure the highest quality of our legal software products built on the Salesforce platform. You will design, develop, and execute comprehensive testing strategies to guarantee product reliability and performance in our fast-paced agile environment.
What You'll Do
- Write, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and test plans for new features and product updates.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using modern frameworks to support continuous testing.
- Identify, report, and track defects, providing clear recommendations for product improvements.
- Collaborate with development, product management, and delivery teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Perform risk assessments and impact analyses for software applications.
- Manage multiple testing projects independently while ensuring clear communication of priorities.
- Work closely with Customer Support to triage and resolve complex application issues.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years experience in QA roles with solid expertise in both manual and automated testing.
- Proven ability to write test cases, build test plans, and execute testing processes effectively.
- Hands-on experience with modern automation tools such as Playwright or Cypress.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic Agile/Scrum environment with a team-oriented mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear articulation of issues and impact.
- Ability to coordinate testing activities across multiple teams and projects.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Cypress and Playwright (2+ years).
- Familiarity with the Salesforce platform and associated debugging and test management tools.
- Proficiency in SQL queries for test data creation.
