City IT is seeking a QA Analyst to join us in ensuring the quality of our software solutions within the Supply Chain Logistics domain. This full-time position plays a key role in validating the reliability and performance of our logistics platforms.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for supply chain and logistics software.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Contribute to the evolution of QA processes and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a QA Analyst, Software Tester, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience testing complex software systems, with a preference for Supply Chain Logistics or related domains.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates can be based in any US state.
