Side (formerly PTW) is looking for a Full-Time German Player Support Advocate to join our global team. In this role, you'll represent our brand by delivering top-tier support to gamers and loyal customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience in a multilingual environment.
What You'll Do
- Answer customer queries with first-time resolution, demonstrating attention to detail and professionalism.
- Respond to queries within agreed times, prioritizing solutions while protecting confidentiality.
- Resolve technical issues via live chat by conducting fault-finding analysis and offering appropriate solutions.
- Communicate with customers via telephone (e.g., call backs) as trained.
- Collaborate effectively within a dynamic team structure to ensure the best customer care experience.
- Maintain a dedicated service focused on exceptional response quality.
- Work with global colleagues to identify trends in customer queries.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German and conversational proficiency in English.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and computer skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative approach in a multilingual team.
- Logical, methodical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Patience, perseverance, and high concentration levels.
- Ability to multitask across chats, emails, and minimal calls while maintaining accuracy.

Nice to Have
- Experience with PC/console gaming.
- Comfort discussing technical issues related to gaming hardware.
- IT literacy, tech-savviness, or experience in Customer Service/Technical Support.
