SupportYourApp is looking for a Customer Support Consultant fluent in Danish and English to join our Intelligent Support-as-a-Service team. In this role, you will provide high-quality customer support via multiple channels, helping to build lasting relationships with customers while working fully remotely from Portugal.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality customer support via chat, email, and phone.
- Support customers with order status, delivery information, and product-related questions.
- Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback.
- Provide valid, accurate information and solutions to customer requests.
- Understand customers’ needs and deliver constructive feedback to the management team.
- Work in a fast-paced environment requiring strong focus, commitment, and adaptability to different shifts including weekends and holidays.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Danish (C1 level or higher).
- Excellent English communication skills (at least B2 level).
- At least 6–12 months of support experience.
- Comfortable working with high ticket volumes.
- Positive, proactive and responsible attitude.
- Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).

- Experience in e-commerce or product-based customer support.
