What You'll Do
- Construct prototype assemblies, sub-assemblies, and components based on schematics, blueprints, or verbal instructions.
- Carry out rework tasks and conduct quality checks as needed during development phases.
- Follow established procedures to complete routine assignments with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate daily with team members and internal stakeholders to share technical details and progress updates.
Requirements
- Completion of a technical high school program or equivalent, or at least six months of experience in a similar assembly role.
- Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and perform wiring tasks accurately.
- Reliable availability to meet production schedule demands.

Work Mode
This is an onsite position located in Monterrey at the manufacturing facility. Consistent on-site presence is required.
