This role serves as a critical human-in-the-loop contributor, ensuring correctness, reliability, and high-resolution quality across automated and user-facing systems at the boundaries of blockchain protocols. The ideal candidate will exercise sound judgment, support AI systems, and drive improvements across product and engineering functions.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and verify protocol proposals, using structured analysis to make accurate decisions in uncertain or complex situations.
- Address a wide range of technical and operational inquiries by applying deep knowledge and problem-solving skills to deliver timely resolutions.
- Assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy, detect errors, and contribute to training efforts that enhance system performance.
- Spot recurring system challenges and provide actionable feedback or solutions, collaborating across teams to strengthen product and process.
- Demonstrate adaptability and collaboration, embracing evolving responsibilities and serving as a bridge between internal teams and external systems.
- Develop comprehensive expertise in multiple protocols to confidently guide issue resolution, escalation paths, and user support decisions.
- Collaborate clearly and effectively with product, engineering, and marketing teams, maintaining flexibility in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
