About the Role
This role is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential threats through intelligence gathering, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure organizational safety and security.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate potential threats to personnel and facilities
- Conduct in-depth research using open-source and proprietary tools
- Produce timely intelligence reports for security leadership
- Analyze behavioral patterns to detect early warning signs
- Collaborate with law enforcement and security partners
- Support investigations into suspicious activities
- Maintain situational awareness of emerging threats
- Track and document threat incidents in secure systems
- Assess credibility and severity of reported threats
- Develop threat assessment frameworks and protocols
- Respond to urgent security events with rapid analysis
- Provide intelligence briefings to operational teams
- Identify trends in threat data for proactive intervention
- Verify information accuracy across multiple sources
- Support protective operations planning
- Conduct background research on persons of interest
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive data
- Use geospatial tools to map threat activity
- Evaluate digital footprints and online behavior
- Contribute to post-incident reviews and after-action reports
- Ensure compliance with legal and policy standards
- Participate in on-call rotations for urgent events
- Support training initiatives for security staff
- Update intelligence databases with new findings
- Coordinate with internal teams during critical events
