Corgan is looking for a Project Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist in generating timely and creative design solutions within project parameters. You will report to a Project Architect or Project Manager and help bring projects from concept to completion.
What You'll Do
- Assist in preparing construction documentation, field observation reports, final inspections, and project closeout.
- Translate design concepts and information into images using freehand sketching and computer software.
- Incorporate schematic design, material selection, code requirements, and production constraints into detailing solutions.
- Determine functional or spatial requirements of structures.
- Gather information regarding design, structure specifications, and materials to document detailing solutions.
- Assist in coordination with local architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Assist in maintaining a log of all RFIs and Submittals, tracking dates and status.
- Assist project leaders with contract administration tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field (or foreign equivalent).
- 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Technical Stack
- Modeling & Drafting: Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Rhinoceros, Sketchup
- Visualization: Enscape, Lumion
- Documentation & Graphics: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
Team & Environment
The Project Specialist will work within a project team to assist a Project Architect or Project Manager.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position based at 9 E Greenway Plaza, Suite 3000, Houston, TX 77046.
