Datex Inc. is seeking a Project Manager - Software Implementation to lead Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementations for customers worldwide. You will manage projects using the Datex ASAP methodology, represent the customer's voice within the company, and be responsible for overall project success.
What You'll Do
- Fully understand and apply the Datex ASAP Methodology for software implementation.
- Create detailed project work plans, sequencing activities needed for successful completion.
- Ensure each phase of the implementation is completed successfully.
- Document and secure all project information appropriately.
- Establish and maintain a communication schedule to update all stakeholders on project progress.
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage any changes to project scope, timeline, or resources effectively.
- Secure and store all necessary project signoffs.
- Continuously improve project management toolkits and methodologies.
- Identify and initiate innovative solutions where established procedures may not exist.
- Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes.
- Perform Scrum Master duties as assigned.

- For Project Manager: 7+ years of increasingly responsible experience, including successfully managing Supply Chain or WMS implementation projects.
- For Associate Project Manager: 3 to 5 years of experience managing Supply Chain/WMS implementation projects.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree.
- PMP Certification strongly encouraged.
- Knowledge of Agile work practices; Scrum Master Certification preferred.
- Process Improvement experience – Green or Black Belt Lean Six Sigma preferred.
- Ability to speak Spanish.
