About the Role
This position is responsible for managing all phases of residential construction and renovation projects, including coordinating teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of residential renovation projects
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures
- Ensure work complies with building codes and safety regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections
- Track project progress and report updates
- Manage change orders and project documentation
- Resolve on-site issues promptly
- Maintain quality control standards

- Support pre-construction planning and estimating
