About the Role

Manage construction projects, coordinate teams, and ensure projects meet quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute construction projects
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Manage project budgets and timelines
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Conduct regular site inspections
  • Prepare and submit project reports
  • Resolve any project-related issues
  • Maintain project documentation
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
  • Implement quality control measures
  • Manage project risks and changes
  • Supervise construction teams
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications
  • Monitor project progress and performance
