Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project tasks.
• Keep project records, reports, and status summaries current.
• Monitor project tasks, key milestones, and expected deliverables.
• Provide administrative support for technology-related initiatives.
• Organize and support Agile events and team collaboration efforts.
• Help Agile teams by managing project documentation and artifacts.
• Support the Delivery Manager in Agile planning and implementation.
• Foster clear and consistent communication among project teams.
• Create and update project documentation as needed.
• Contribute to documenting business and system processes.
• Help generate project reports and track progress.
• Ensure project records are accurate and maintained regularly.
• Collaborate closely with the Delivery Manager, team members, and stakeholders.
• Align project participants to support timely and successful delivery.
• Share project updates and assist with ongoing operational requirements.
