The ALDO Group is hiring a Project Engineer to ensure the smooth implementation of engineering projects. This role serves as the primary engineering interface with external parties and assists in coordinating deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Ensure smooth implementation and execution of engineering projects across all services.
- Serve as the primary engineering interface with external parties.
- Develop various technical products within your area of expertise.
- Assist with the coordination of project deliverables.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Nuclear, or a related engineering discipline, or graduation from the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program.
- Ability to travel between company, vendor, and client sites as required.
- Ability to obtain nuclear power plant access as required.
- Excellent attention to detail and capability to produce error-free documents.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent math, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of applied mechanics and heat transfer principles.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete work in a timely fashion with minimal supervision.
- U.S. citizenship or U.S. permanent resident status.
Nice to Have
- Experience with engineering software tools such as MATLAB, MathCAD, and SolidWorks.
- Previous nuclear power plant experience.
- E.I.T. certification.

You will be part of the Site Technical Services department within the Nuclear Power Division (NPD).

Work Mode
