Graham is hiring a Project Controls Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Help monitor and document expenses related to labor, equipment, materials, and subcontracted services, and assist in generating regular cost summaries to maintain clear financial insight
  • Verify that all project expenditures are accurately categorized and assigned according to organizational guidelines and project frameworks by compiling, structuring, verifying, and evaluating cost information from various inputs
  • Contribute to updating financial forecasts, cost estimates, and minor budget revisions as project scope, milestones, and conditions evolve
  • Collaborate with project personnel to collect relevant documentation, assess data for inconsistencies, and support analysis of cost deviations and shifts in performance trends
  • Coordinate with project controls specialists, finance staff, scheduling personnel, and project leads using software tools including Excel, SAP, and InEight to ensure financial reporting reflects current project status accurately and uniformly
