Responsibilities

  • Deliver administrative assistance for diverse operations within the Center for Oral Health Policy and Management
  • Collaborate with the Director to oversee strategic projects and coordinate with internal units
  • Contribute to the development, planning, and execution of programs
  • Act on behalf of the office during planning sessions for new initiatives and continuous operations, and attend college-level gatherings
  • Serve as a point of contact between the office and senior administrative leaders in the Dean's Office
  • Oversee coordination of the college’s expanding international programs in locations such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, London, and China
  • Lead the operational management of the Center for Oral Health Policy and Management's Working Group through weekly coordination
  • Participate in the advisory board as a non-voting member and fulfill duties as Curator
  • Support and coordinate administrative needs for multiple educational programs across the Center

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for a wide array of functions for the Center for Oral Health Policy and Management
  • Work with the Director to administer strategic initiatives and new projects working in collaboration with units
  • Participate in the planning, design and implementation of programs
  • Represent the office at new program planning and ongoing meetings and attend College wide events
  • Serve as a liaison to the administrative leadership of the Dean's Office and senior staff
  • Manage the activities of the College’s new global activities (e.g. Dubai, Abu Dhabi, London, China)
  • Administer the Center for Oral Health Policy and Management's Working Group, which manages the activities of the Center on a weekly basis
  • Participate as an ex-officio member of its advisory board and serve as Curator
  • Engage and provide administrative support for several Center wide educational initiatives
