Camelback Ventures is hiring a Program Partner

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement programs that support the development of young leaders in technology.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program success.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance the skills of participants.
  • Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partner organizations and sponsors.
  • Create and distribute program materials, including curricula and resources.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to program participants.
  • Conduct outreach to recruit and engage diverse participants.
  • Manage program logistics, including scheduling and event planning.
  • Collect and analyze participant feedback to inform program development.
  • Prepare and present reports on program progress and impact.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop innovative program ideas.
  • Ensure that programs align with the organization's mission and values.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in leadership development.
  • Support the development of a strong and inclusive community among participants.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing and promotional materials for programs.
  • Participate in program evaluations and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Facilitate networking opportunities for participants with industry professionals.
  • Provide administrative support for program-related activities.
  • Contribute to the development of program budgets and financial plans.
  • Ensure that programs comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Support the organization's efforts to secure funding and resources for programs.
  • Engage with participants to understand their needs and aspirations.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement program evaluation metrics.
