Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives within the deal lifecycle, ensuring full accountability for planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination to meet strategic objectives.
- Build and scale a global delivery framework by managing offshore teams, maintaining operational consistency through performance benchmarks, cultural integration, and efficient handover procedures.
- Create and uphold a comprehensive documentation system that captures program methods, process flows, and strategic guidelines, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and ongoing updates.
- Oversee or coordinate comprehensive change management efforts, including stakeholder involvement, advocate development, communication strategies, and team enablement.
- Foster strong, collaborative partnerships with internal stakeholders across departments and organizational levels.
- Collaborate across functions to identify and advance opportunities for improving the go-to-market deal lifecycle across strategy, people, policy, processes, and technology.
- Balance multiple project priorities and use data analysis to inform strategic direction and decision-making.
- Provide recommendations to executive leadership and facilitate timely decisions when required.
