Brand Boosting GmbH is looking for a Program and Partnership Manager (m/f/d) to drive our accelerator programs and strengthen the innovation ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and managing program activities, providing direct support to startups, and ensuring smooth coordination with mentors and partners.
What You'll Do
- Manage and coordinate accelerator programs end-to-end: onboarding, workshops, coaching, mentoring, and Demo Days
- Build, manage, and grow partnerships with investors, mentors, alumni, startups, and industry stakeholders
- Monitor projects and prepare reports, ensuring compliance with funding requirements
- Organize selected events (e.g., partner meetings, startup pitches, delegation visits) as touchpoints for the community
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to startups, ensuring program quality and participant success
- Maintain and ensure the quality of program databases and reporting systems
What We're Looking For
- Degree in business, innovation management, entrepreneurship or a related field
- 2+ years of professional experience in program management, partnerships or community building, ideally in a startup or innovation environment
- Strong skills in program design, stakeholder communication and relationship management
- Excellent communication in German and English (spoken & written)
- Independent, structured, and hands-on working style
Nice to Have
- Experience with publicly funded projects is an advantage
