Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles for professional services offerings
  • Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities with existing clients
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design client-specific solutions
  • Present service capabilities to prospective customers
  • Translate customer needs into actionable service proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently

  • Advocate for customer needs across internal departments
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Represent the organization at client meetings and industry events
  • Support the development of sales enablement materials
  • Contribute to pricing and packaging strategies
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
  • Drive renewal and expansion conversations with current clients
  • Coordinate with marketing on lead generation initiatives
