Responsibilities
- Define and manage the technical vision and long-term capability planning for the rail systems sector
- Oversee and expand key client programs and project delivery structures
- Lead business growth initiatives, including bid development, strategic alliances, and high-level client engagement
- Ensure technical integrity and governance across active projects, adhering to RSSB, Railway Group Standards, and ISO 15288 requirements
- Coach and advance a group of technical experts, promoting precision, creativity, and ongoing development
- Act as primary technical representative with industry organizations, public sector entities, and client executives
- Enhance organizational credibility through expert insights, published works, and participation in industry forums
