Responsibilities
- Respond to customer and associate inquiries about vehicle titles and payment details
- Interpret and apply various state-specific regulations and forms
- Operate efficiently across several digital systems simultaneously
- Prepare and submit legally required transfer paperwork to the assigned store
- Issue checks for the acquisition of pre-owned vehicles
- Provide timely updates on payment status to customers, partners, and lienholders
- Stay informed on current legal requirements affecting vehicle transactions
- Address and resolve escalated issues promptly
- Support the creation and upkeep of team performance reports and tracking tools
- Maintain a professional and courteous presence when interacting with clients and vendors
- Act in alignment with organizational values during all internal and external communications
- Follow all corporate policies, procedures, and workplace safety guidelines
