AutoNation is looking for a Production Control Specialist, WBYC to handle the critical behind-the-scenes work that facilitates vehicle sales. You'll ensure all legal documentation and financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Prepare legal vehicle transfer documents for submission to the DMV.
- Verify, process, and track payoffs on vehicle trade-ins.
- Communicate payment statuses to partners, lienholders, and customers.
- Handle all inquiries regarding title and payment information.
- Work with forms and laws from multiple states.
- Manage and prepare checks to purchase used vehicles.
- Manage multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously.
- Keep current with all applicable laws and handle escalations.
- Assist with the production and maintenance of team reporting and tracking documents.
- Properly represent the company to customers and vendors in a friendly, professional manner.
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company’s Vision, Mission, and Values.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
What We're Looking For

- Must have a quiet home environment, reliable internet connection, and two monitors.
- Must live within 30 miles of an AutoNation Store.

- Associate degree in business administration or a related area of study.
- Prior tag and title work experience.
