AutoNation is hiring a Production Control Specialist, WBYC

About the Role

AutoNation is looking for a Production Control Specialist, WBYC to handle the critical behind-the-scenes work that facilitates vehicle sales. You'll ensure all legal documentation and financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare legal vehicle transfer documents for submission to the DMV.
  • Verify, process, and track payoffs on vehicle trade-ins.
  • Communicate payment statuses to partners, lienholders, and customers.
  • Handle all inquiries regarding title and payment information.
  • Work with forms and laws from multiple states.
  • Manage and prepare checks to purchase used vehicles.
  • Manage multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously.
  • Keep current with all applicable laws and handle escalations.
  • Assist with the production and maintenance of team reporting and tracking documents.
  • Properly represent the company to customers and vendors in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company’s Vision, Mission, and Values.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Must meet the company’s requirements for employment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Word.
  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Must have a quiet home environment, reliable internet connection, and two monitors.
  • Must live within 30 miles of an AutoNation Store.

Nice to Have

  • Associate degree in business administration or a related area of study.
  • Prior tag and title work experience.

This is a remote position. Candidates must live within 30 miles of an AutoNation Store.
