ICF is looking for an on-call Production Artist to join our community of mission-driven creatives. In this role, you will prepare accurate advertising and marketing materials for print and digital channels, ensuring final files meet all required specifications.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate closely with art directors, designers, and developers.
- Prepare final press-ready files based on supplied specifications for several types of printing.
- Package and preflight files for release to printers or media partners.
- Create files for client review.
- Prepare files for online, web, and mobile applications.
- Prepare fillable PDFs, including formulas.
- Apply solid knowledge of Word and PowerPoint templates.
What We're Looking For
- Five or more years of creative experience within agency and/or marketing environments.
- A bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- An exceptional eye for detail, with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong experience using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- A solid knowledge of the printing processes and preflighting tools.
- Understanding of Section 508 Accessibility requirements and experience preparing documents for remediation.
- The ability to gracefully handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a high-speed environment.
Nice to Have
- HTML knowledge for email coding.
- Proficiency in Office applications, especially Word and PowerPoint.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $67,355.00 - $114,503.00.
