Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience in data analytics, payments, or financial technology products — or an equivalent role with a strong track record of delivering data-driven solutions.
- Proven experience in the payments industry (e.g., acquiring, processing, PSPs, gateways, or financial operations), with a solid understanding of payment flows, chargebacks, success rates, and operational KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to define and manage product backlogs, write clear user stories, and prioritize features based on business impact and user feedback.
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience working with transactional data, defining metrics, and drawing insights to guide product decisions.
- Experience working with BI tools (e.g., Grafana, Tableau, Metabase) and collaborating with analytics or data engineering teams on dashboards and reports.
- Ability to work closely with UX/UI designers to shape user journeys, wireframes, and product interfaces for data-heavy applications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of aligning cross-functional teams around a shared product vision.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), and experience guiding iterative development cycles in a fast-paced environment.
