Fundraise Up is hiring a Product Owner, Donor Portal to strategically own the donor journey after checkout. In this role, you will turn engagement, retention, and repeat donations into measurable growth levers through structured discovery, experimentation, and ML-driven personalization. You will connect company OKRs with product strategy and drive outcomes that directly impact Gross Payment Volume (GPV) and lifetime value.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the product vision for the Donor Portal and post-donation experience, aligned with company and department OKRs.
- Identify retention and upsell opportunities, run structured experiments, and iterate based on measurable outcomes.
- Define the North Star metric tree (business → product → user behavior) and track adoption, recurring donations, and engagement.
- Conduct user interviews, analyze cohorts and funnel data, and validate product hypotheses before scaling solutions.
- Identify and test ML-driven personalization opportunities across the portal and emails to increase retention and LTV.
- Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and Go-To-Market teams to ensure product decisions translate into business impact.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in Product Management.
- Experience owning a product domain with measurable growth responsibility.
- Strong experimentation background (A/B testing, funnel optimization, cohort analysis).
- Deep analytical skills; proficiency with tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or SQL preferred.
- Proven ability to translate strategy into structured discovery and shipped outcomes.
- Comfort working with AI/ML-enabled products or data-driven systems.
- Strong user ownership — you regularly speak with customers.
- Fluent English (C1 proficiency).
