Responsibilities
- Lead the development of mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.

- Provide regular updates on the product's progress to stakeholders.
- Conduct post-launch analysis to measure the success of new features.
- Identify and address technical debt and other challenges in the product backlog.
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas.
- Ensure the product meets accessibility and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with the data team to integrate analytics and reporting tools.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in mobile development.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
- Contribute to the development of the product roadmap and strategic planning.
