Whatnot is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision and execution for our core video platform—the engine behind our real-time, commerce-driven livestreaming. You will own the end-to-end video experience, from infrastructure to seller tooling, enabling thousands of sellers to go live and millions to watch.

What You'll Do

Own the end-to-end product roadmap for the video platform, from ingestion and encoding to playback and seller tooling.
Define and execute against SLAs for quality, reliability, and latency.
Collaborate with infrastructure, client, and ML teams to optimize video delivery and viewer experience.
Drive integrations with interactive features like chat and auctions to deepen engagement.
Partner with sellers and internal teams to translate pain points into scalable video solutions.
Establish product metrics and experimentation frameworks to validate performance and user impact.

What We're Looking For

8+ years of product management experience.
2+ years working on video, streaming, or infrastructure-heavy products.
Proven ability to ship complex, technical systems at scale.
Strong technical fluency—comfortable navigating tradeoffs in encoding, protocols, and CDN design.
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across disciplines and levels.
Passion for small business, live video, and building novel consumer experiences.
