Everseen is hiring a Product Manager III – Retail Store Operations

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize retail store operations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements and enhance customer experience.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and drive operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and feature set.
  • Work with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Create and maintain product documentation and roadmaps.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and align stakeholders.
  • Ensure products meet business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Manage product backlog and prioritize features based on business value.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to launch products effectively.
  • Provide regular updates on product progress to senior leadership.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and launch.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure products are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Conduct post-launch reviews to assess product performance and gather feedback.
  • Continuously improve product management processes and methodologies.
  • Support the development of new products and features based on customer feedback.
