Delinea is hiring a Product Manager - Data Analytics to drive the development and adoption of data products that empower our business and customers. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, secure, and high-impact data solutions aligned with our product strategy.
What You'll Do
- Develop a deep understanding of Delinea’s business processes and data landscape.
- Partner with data engineers and analysts to design and deliver robust, integrated data solutions.
- Partner with product managers to ensure that they are prioritizing that the appropriate product data telemetry is collected and available for further analysis.
- Translate cross-functional business needs into clear data product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Own and prioritize the data product backlog in alignment with Delinea's overall product and corporate strategy.
- Champion adoption of data products through training, documentation, and change management.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders across all of Delinea to identify, prioritize, and deliver data product features.
- Define and execute the data product roadmap, supporting analytics and business objectives.
- Foster a strong data culture and promote best practices in data management and analytics.
What We're Looking For
- Product Management experience, ideally in data products.
- Expertise in data integration, ELT, data modeling, querying, and pipeline management.
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex concepts clearly.
Nice to Have
- Experience in data governance or as a Data Analyst.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC for data products.
- Experience with PowerBI, Snowflake, or Datadog.
