Requirements
- Senior Product Manager or Head of Product level, with experience owning large, strategic product areas.
- Exceptional at structuring ambiguous problems — you can take messy information and produce a clear, defensible framework.
- Strong business and commercial thinking: you connect product decisions to revenue and market outcomes.
- Experience working at both a large company and a small/startup company.
- Comfortable as an IC: you’re excited to contribute individually at a high level rather than manage a team.
- Experience collaborating with GTM (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships) and influencing without authority.
- Fluent English (C1+)
Nice to Have
- Background in management consulting followed by a move into product — this combination is highly valued.
- Experience working with or in international teams
- Prior experience as a “Principal PM” or equivalent senior IC role.
- Comfort operating in a fast-scaling environment with limited defined processes.
