Requirements
- Experience leading product development in complex environments (e.g. large organizations, multiple vendors, distributed teams).
- Experience working closely with design and engineering to validate ideas, understand customer needs, and ensure teams are building the right things — not just building things right.
- Strong experience with Agile product development and modern delivery practices.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with stakeholders on a multinational scale, enabling you to lead international multisite projects.
- Experience working with digital products and services because this is the bread and butter of our offering.
- Coaching and people skills so you can energize teams and help turn conflicts into a source of trust.
- Strong facilitation skills so teams can take responsibility and ownership while still getting the help they need.
- The capability to work effectively both in-person and remotely because we have onsite, remote, and hybrid teams.
- Fluency in English required.
