- Ship code frequently in a daily deployment environment that values learning over perfection
- Initiate and guide strategic 'Missions' that accelerate business progress
- Enhance core systems including permissions, audit trails, admin interfaces, and AI integrations
- Implement analytics to uncover user behavior patterns and inform product decisions
- Support platform scalability by modernizing the tech stack and improving system reliability
- Contribute to AI experiments such as agent configuration and automated bug classification
- Improve developer experience by monitoring CI/CD health and addressing technical debt

- Experience working in asynchronous, distributed teams with clear communication habits
- Commitment to team success and long-term maintainability over short-term wins
- Proactive mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity and driving progress independently
- Track record of shaping project direction, not just completing assigned tasks
- Curiosity and adaptability in fast-evolving technical and business environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in outcome-focused or mission-based engineering teams
